The products ordered on Mangiare Bere Uomo Donna will be shipped throughout Italy, and abroad. You may request that shipment be to an address other than your personal address or billing address, by selecting the option during purchase, provided that the address belongs to the shipping countries listed above. Shipments will be made by courier during office hours, from Monday to Friday.
Delivery times are given for information only, and do not take into account possible delays arising from the procedure for authorising payment.
Orders will be processed in accordance with our “Terms of Sale”. We cannot change the destination of orders once the products have been shipped.
The shipping times indicated above are absolutely indicative and may vary depending on low or high season, on holiday periods and/or on the destination. In any case, Mangiare Bere Uomo Donna is not responsible for any delays attributable to the courier and / or the customer.
DELIVERY FEE – ITALY
Mangiare Bere Uomo Donna ship throughout Italy (except Sicily, Sardinia and Calabria)at the following tariffs:
- 1 bottle: 9,00 €
- 2 bottles: 15,00 € 3
- bottles: 18,00 €
- For orders over 99 €: Free
For shipments to Sicily, Sardinia and Calabria the shipping costs are as follows:
- 1 bottle: 13,00 €
- 2 bottle: 16,00 €
- 3 bottle: 24,00 €
- For orders over 99 €: Free
The delivery fees of the products are calculated and detailed in the order confirmation and in the purchase invoice where required.
A surcharge is required for shipments to Livigno, La Maddalena, Carloforte and the smaller islands and for shipments to locations defined by the express courier service as disadvantaged. This will be communicated to you after placing the order; if you do not agree with the payment, you can cancel the order.
DELIVERY TIMES
Normally deliveries take place within 1/2 working days from the date of departure of the shipment. For deliveries to Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia, it takes 2/3 working days; no deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays.
TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY
Upon departure of the goods, you will receive an email confirming the shipment with the numeric code to track the delivery on the website of the express courier.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
It is necessary to indicate a delivery address where you can be sure that a person is present for collection, possibly specifying time preferences in the “Order Notes” space. It is also possible to request delivery directly to the courier office closest to your home where the package can be collected on weekdays and Saturday mornings.
DELIVERY
The express courier does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. The courier makes first delivery attempt; if you are absent, the courier will try a second delivery the next day. If you are absent again you will be left with a notice with a telephone number to call while the package will be taken to storage at the nearest courier office. By calling the courier, you can agree on a new delivery or ask to collect the package directly from the express courier office.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
Mangiare Bere Uomo Donna ships all over the world. At the time of placing the order, before requesting payment, the total will be updated based on the destination and weight of the shipment
