Description

From Grillo grapes, cultivated few metres from the sea. A very pleasant wine reveals iodine notes, where the acidity is combined with delicate notes of citrus fruits and flowers.

WINEMAKIN: Gvinification in stainless steel; 2 days of maceration with skins in steeltank;from September to March in concrete; without sulphites added

HARVEST TIME: first week of August

YIELD PER HECTARE: 80 q/ha
