Ageing: 12 to 15 months in old oak and at least 6 months in bottle.
Main features: Long, elegant, balanced flavors with spicy wood. Medium-bodied, softer on the palate, concentrated.
Alcohol content: 13%
Best at temperature: 15/18°
Perfect with fish, oyster, lobster, pork, white meat, cheese.
