It is the first red wine produced by Capichera. It is an important red, the company’s flag, which combines complexity and drinkability. Originally obtained entirely from Carignano grapes, today it is a successful combination of autochthonous black grapes and Syrah. The name derives from the term Assajé which in the Gallurese dialect means “is already something”.
