Description
Made from Ribolla grapeswhichhavebeencultivatedInourvineyards. Whilefermenting in Georgianamphoraeburied underground, itunderwent a long macerationwith wild yeasts and no temperature control. After the drawing off and pressing phases the winewaspoured back intoamphorae for atleastfivemore monthsbeforeitstartedageing in large oakbarrels, whereitwasleft for sixyears. Wine isbottledwithoutfiningor filtration.Service temperature14-16°C
