Description
I produce my sparkling winesin the farther east of Franciacorta area, 400 meters above sea level on the foothills of Gussago and Cellatica limestones.
In the vineyard, I follow biodynamic disciplines, which means not using chemical products to treat the vines.
Only spontaneous fermentation with yeasts presents naturally on the grapes skin.
