By the gentle pressing of Piedriosso, Aglianco and Tintore, the Salicerchi has been created. A rosè with a cherry-like color, the Salicerchi possesses a fragrance of cassis, licorice, cloves, and liquor infused strawberries. It offers a freshness to the palate, with alcoholic volume balancing out well with its savory notes. The flavor continues with lighter tannin levels, but deepens with an exceptional acidic structure. A very versatile wine, which can accompany most dishes, such as white meats, lamb roast, pasta dishes, and fruit plates.
