Terra Argillosa Marche Rosso I.G.T. Syrah 2014

Description

Our Syrah grapes were picked at ideal ripeness and after fermentation and 6 months aging in stainless steel has spent 2 years in first and 2nd pass french oak barrels before bottling.  It has typical varietal notes, is well rounded and rich with a deep dark ruby color and soft tannins.  After almost a year in bottle, it is coming into its own and is drinking beautifully now, but has good aging potential.  Excellent when paired with grilled meats, wild game, or spicy dishes
