Our kitchen offers two cuisines, the Oriental and the Mantovani,
but always traditional.
We try to keep the authenticity of each dish by using local and

        Served with steam white Apollo rice. Apollo rice is a crossbreed between Asian and Italian rice and is famous for its fragrance. It is cultivated in Piedmont in a biodiversity protected environment.
