Our kitchen offers two cuisines, the Oriental and the Mantovani, but always traditional. We try to keep the authenticity of each dish by using local and seasonal ingredients at zero kilometro.

All our bread is baked by the artisan bakery “La Butega ad Franton” in Guastalla, all made with organic flour and mother yeast, without any chemical addition.
