For Amy Lim and Corrado Leali of MangiareBereUomoDonna in Suzzara (Mantua), their week in #Pollenzo will be a homecoming. Amy studied on the UNISG master program and, with Corrado, also helped organize our study trips. Now she works as a chef and with her partner has developed a totally original, engrossing gastronomic project.
